White has a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technical College, and has also spent 13 years as a machinist in the Nashville, Tennessee area. During White’s career, he has worked in the NASCAR Busch Series, the NHRA, and at Peterbuilt Trucks Inc. as a design engineer.

White has helped BHR move into the future with an engineering program that will no doubt put the organization at the forefront of technology in the NASCAR Truck Series. White’s duties at BHR include research and development, testing, and data acquisition. He also plans and develops all activities between the Dodge Engineering Group, Dodge Motorsports, and BHR.

During White’s tenure at BHR, he has held several key positions such as truck chief, crew chief, and shock specialist.

White came to BHR after a two year stint with Brewco Motorsports in the NASCAR Busch Series, with drivers Casey Atwood and Kevin Grubb, respectively. He also was the championship crew chief for the late Andy Kirby at Nashville Speedway USA in 1996 and 1997.
