Bobby Hamilton Racing will host its seventh annual Open House on Thursday, August 9th, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at its facility in Mt. Juliet, TN. The event is held every year to give fans the opportunity to see the race shop, meet their favorite BHR driver, and to receive thanks for their continued support of the entire BHR organization. There is a minimum $5 per person charge payable at the door, with all proceeds going to the American Cancer Society. Any additional donations for the ACS will be gladly accepted. Children five years and under will be admitted free.

Fans will have the unique opportunity to take part in a variety of activities at the 56,000 sq. ft. facility including a behind the scenes tour to see the employees working on the Dodge Rams, a driver autograph session by numerous drivers from the NCTS, racing games with giveaways, live pit stop competition and interactive sponsor displays.

Two exciting new events have been added to this year’s night of activities. The Ingersoll Rand Pit Crew Challenge will feature a head-to-head pit stop competition between the No. 18 Fastenal Racing Team and the No. 4 Open Joist Racing Team. The team with the best overall average after three pit stops will be declared the champion. The teams will also compete in individual positions for more interactive competition.

Since Bobby Hamilton Sr. passed away in January after an intense battle with Head and Neck Cancer, BHR invited the Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center in conjunction with the Yul Brynner Foundation to offer free Head and Neck Cancer Screenings to fans that attend the event. We encourage people to take advantage of this opportunity to beat this terrible disease.

Another fan favorite, the autograph session, will begin at 6:00 p.m. The autograph session will take place for one hour and only one item per driver will be allowed to be autographed. Ken Schrader, Mike Bliss, Joe Ruttman, Brendan Gaughan, and Jack Sprague will participate in the autograph session. Following the autograph session the IR Pit Stop Challenge will begin at 7:00 p.m. on the front driveway.

BHR is located at 220 Industrial Dr. in Mt. Juliet, TN. Fans are asked to park at Mt. Juliet Church of Christ located at 1940 N. Mt. Juliet Rd. Shuttle buses will transport you to the shop from this location. Take I-40 East to Exit 226B (Mt. Juliet). Go North on Mt. Juliet Rd.
