| Bliss Looks for Continued Success at Milwaukee 06-20-2007 | Mt. Juliet, TN
No. 4 Open Joist Dodge Ram Fast Facts Mike Bliss will climb back behind the wheel of the No. 4 Open Joist Dodge this weekend at Milwaukee. It will be Bliss’ second start in the Bobby Hamilton Racing Dodge. Bliss will be making his 10th start at The Milwaukee Mile on Friday. He has three NASCAR Busch Series and seven NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series starts at the one mile oval. Bliss will pilot “Duster” at Milwaukee. This particular chassis finished fifth at Dover two weeks ago. Second Time Around: This weekend Bliss and the Open Joist Racing Team are hoping for the same success they had two weeks ago at Dover where Bliss scored the team’s first top-five finish of the season. A Look Back: If history tells you anything, then this race team has a pretty good chance of coming away with a top 10 or higher finish at Milwaukee this weekend. Last year Bliss finished second to race winner Johnny Benson and the No. 4 Dodge finished sixth with driver Timothy Peters. In 1998 Bliss went to victory lane at Milwaukee to score his fifth NCTS victory. Also, at least one Bobby Hamilton Racing entry has finished in the top 10 at Milwaukee since 2004. Mike Bliss on Milwaukee: “We had a great run at Dover a couple weeks ago and I am really looking forward to getting back behind the wheel of the Open Joist Dodge. I have had a lot of success at Milwaukee and this team had a great run there last year. Milwaukee is a very flat track and produces some great races. It has long corners and it’s really important to get your truck turning through the corners. I know the guys have been working really hard back at the shop. Hopefully, when we unload we won’t have much work to do.” Mike Bliss Career NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Stats 2007 No. 4 Open Joist Dodge Team Roster
