| Chase Montgomery Headed to Sponsors Trade Show 10-06-2004 | Charlotte, NC
“Four Race Sponsorship Centered Around Conference” Although the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series has a much needed week off, Chase Montgomery will remain busy as he tends to sponsor functions this week in Charlotte. The 21-year old rookie will appear with new sponsor Alpine Engineered Products, Inc. at the Building Components Manufacturers Conference (BCMC) on Thursday, October 7th. As part of the program, Montgomery will appear with his #8 Alpine Engineered Products DODGE as part of the companies Customer Appreciation Evening being held at the Bank of American stadium – home of the NFC Champion Carolina Panthers. “We have not had a full-time primary sponsor this year and it feels great to be involved with Alpine and this program” stated Montgomery. “This is their biggest event of the year and having us as a crucial part of it is pretty cool. We look to go have some fun and spend some time with their folks." The Alpine Engineered Products program is spear headed by a four race sponsorship of Montgomery and his #8 DODGE. The program started out west with the Las Vegas and California races and will continue with the next two races at Texas and Martinsville. The Alpine patented delta logo will adorn the rear quarters of the #8 DODGE as well as the company slogan of “Technology Driven – Products & Services for the Building Industry”. Another feature of the Alpine program is their inclusion of a one-of-a-kind race car simulator that will be part of the company’s booth at the BCMC show – which is being held at the Charlotte Convention Center. This extreme motion simulator is based on aerospace flight simulation technology and will be a major attraction in the massive 11,200 square foot booth. Chase will climb aboard the simulator on Thursday afternoon during his visit to the Alpine booth before heading over to the stadium for the evening festivities. The Alpine booth is always a buzz of excitement as attendees experience the industry’s latest and most advanced equipment, software, products and services.
